Now that’s how you kick off summer; going to see the great Bonnie Raitt and her fantastic band! Talk about setting a tone! Impeccable songs, killer slide and seemingly effortless singing. What more could you want? Great to see my old friend Hutch, Bonnie’s long time bass player who also played on a few of my records perhaps most notably Bad Habits. So generous of Bonnie to invite me up to sing and play on a couple songs. The crew and KILLER band were so generous and kind to help me get settled. What a great show. The amazing Jon Cleary opening was perfect.
That’s a wrap on our 7 week trio tour! As always, thanks so much to everyone who came out to see us and for supporting live music.
